In his debut novel, we follow humanity as they flee a dying Earth, told from the eyes of Renata Garver Soto: a teenager born on the generational starship Requiem de la Lune.
The ship is in dire need of repairs, and an alien race known to most aboard Requiem as "the Pod" have offered to help. But they've been helping for ten years now... and Renata suspects they are up to something besides fixing the ship.
Can she uncover the truth and help get the surviving humans to their destination? Or will the Pod keep humanity on Requiem forever, never passing through this Great Filter event for our species?

About Aaron Strix-Corvus Labertew
Aaron grew up watching sci-fi films on a farm in Iowa, always dreaming of bigger, better things for humanity. He saw the world for a spell, joining the US Marines and spending two years in Okinawa, Japan and meeting all kinds of wonderful new people, thankfully far removed from combat. Afterwards he moved home to Iowa and began a career in IT, devouring any space exploration news he could find and ripping through sci-fi novels. His imagination not satisfied, Aaron created worlds of his own for he and his friends to escape to in many a Dungeons & Dragons session.

After much encouragement from friends and family he finally struck upon inspiration for a story in a science fiction setting and began crafting the universe it would occur in. He looks forward to bringing this universe to life on the page, and to many future stories he has planned!
